Important:
- Al Hilal is not responsible for any damage/wear to the product you purchase after it has been received. It is important that you contact us the same day the item is received if your item is faulty on receipt, otherwise we cannot accept the item. All of our products are checked before sell for best quality.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- There is a $8 exchange fee applies to help cover handling and keep our operations running smoothly.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Exchanges are subject to availability; same product and color, if we have it in stock.
How to Initiate an Exchange:

Order Cancellation & Changes
You can cancel your order by emailing contact@alhilalboutique.us quickly, before it's dispatched, and changes can be made to your order's shipping address before it's processed.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
